Quick answers
Do I need a password?
Sign in with your email. BumpSetBook sends a sign-in link, so you do not need to remember a password. Use the email that received your club or coach invitation when accepting access.
Why does Club home remember my club after I log out?
The browser remembers the last club you visited. Logging out ends your session but keeps that shortcut. Visiting another club updates it. If no club is remembered, Triangle is the current default. The shortcut does not grant account access or prove club membership.
Is my lesson booked as soon as I request it?
The coach must answer first. Some clubs also require administrator approval. Follow the request status and any payment deadline shown on the lesson; an open court time alone is not a confirmed lesson.
Do coaches have to maintain a separate calendar?
Coach availability follows the club’s open court hours. Coaches with a linked inbox can block one-time or weekly exceptions under Lesson availability. Coaches can still answer individual requests through secure email links.
Can club staff help a coach block time?
Yes. Authorized club staff can open Coaches, edit the coach’s booking setup, and use Lesson availability. Confirm the unavailable dates with the coach, save the block, and check that it appears in the list.
Who can read my lesson messages?
The parent, coach, and club administrators share the lesson’s Conversation & history. Use that thread for lesson questions and updates.
Where do I find camps and clinics?
Open your club’s page and choose Camps & clinics. Open a published program to review its sessions, eligibility, price, and registration options. The club controls which programs are open.
