Terms of service
These terms describe use of BumpSetBook’s club directory, scheduling and program registration service. By using the service, you agree to these terms. Contact danny@bumpsetbook.com with questions.
Marketplace role
BumpSetBook provides discovery and lesson scheduling tools. Clubs and coaches provide the training and control coach authorization, facilities, supervision, insurance, waivers, and lesson policies. A directory listing does not by itself establish a partnership or endorsement.
Accurate information
Keep your account and booking details accurate, protect sign-in links, and only submit information you are authorized to share. Clubs are responsible for keeping coach profiles, lesson rates, court hours, contact details, and approval rules current. Coaches are responsible for answering lesson requests accurately.
Adult accounts and family bookings
Accounts are for adults aged 18 or older. A parent or guardian must arrange lessons for a minor and provide any consent the club requires. Do not use another person’s account or publish private athlete information. The booking account remains responsible for communications and the information submitted for its athletes.
Requests and confirmation
Calendar openings can change. Selecting a time or submitting a request does not by itself confirm a lesson. A pending request may require coach and club approval and does not reserve a court. A lesson may require payment after coach approval. Treat it as confirmed only when your booking shows it is confirmed, and complete any required payment before its deadline. Follow the club’s arrival, participation, and supervision instructions.
Payments, cancellations, and changes
Clubs may use external payment instructions or online checkout processed by Stripe on the club’s connected account. Confirm the price, payment recipient, due date, and cancellation or refund policy shown for the lesson or program before paying. BumpSetBook records online payment status and supports club-managed refunds; the club’s policy determines eligibility, and requesting a refund does not mean it has completed. BumpSetBook does not verify or refund payments made outside its checkout. Manage available lesson cancellations and reschedule requests through your dashboard. A proposed reschedule is not effective until approved. Cancelling a booking does not by itself guarantee a refund; check the booking’s refund status or contact the club.
Responsible use
Do not submit misleading listings, impersonate others, access records without permission, send abusive content, interfere with the service, or use it for unlawful purposes. We may restrict access or remove content when necessary to address misuse, security issues, or violations of these terms. Contact support if you believe a restriction is mistaken.
Service availability and communications
We work to keep scheduling accurate, but availability, network connections, and message delivery can fail or be delayed. Check your dashboard for current request status and contact the club about urgent changes. Email is the primary notification channel. Optional text updates are available only when offered and consented to. This service is not an emergency contact system.
No selection guarantee
Private training may support athlete development but does not guarantee tryout outcomes, roster selection, scholarships, or recruiting results.
Privacy, changes, and support
Our Privacy notice explains how we use account and lesson information. We may update these terms as the service changes and will show the effective date on this page. For account help, concerns about a listing, or questions about these terms, contact danny@bumpsetbook.com. These terms do not remove rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
