A few things you might be wondering.
How does the free pilot work?
We help you bring in your courts, coaches, and schedule, then agree on a start date for your 30-day pilot. We confirm your plan with you before billing. There’s no automatic charge when the pilot ends.
Can we use it without online payments?
Yes. Share your club’s payment instructions and track payments manually. You can add online checkout later without changing software plans.
Where do online payments go?
Lesson and program payments go to your club’s connected Stripe account. Your club pays coaches through its usual process. Coach payroll isn’t included.
Do parents or coaches need a paid subscription?
No. Their accounts are included. Families only pay for the lessons and programs they book with the club.
Do we have to move everything at once?
No. Start with lessons or one camp, then bring more of your schedule into the same calendar as your team gets comfortable.
